About the role
Materials and industrial companies sit at the heart of every supply chain, and they’re under the most pressure to know what’s inside their products. As Enterprise Account Executive for Materials & Industrial, you bring the EIS to chemicals, metals, machinery and industrial manufacturers across DACH. You own the full sales cycle from first outbound to close, and you work directly with our founders.
Compensation
The OTE range for this role is €190,000 to €230,000. OTE includes your base salary and on-target commission, split 50:50. Commission is uncapped. Plus virtual stock options.
Logistics
Based in Munich or ready to move here, 3 days a week in the office. Fluent German and English.

Your tasks
- Win new business with materials and industrial enterprises across DACH.
- Build sales strategies that fit long industrial procurement cycles and budgeting processes.
- Navigate complex organizations, from plant and procurement to finance, IT and executive level, and build consensus.
- Find new use cases across business units: sourcing, product design, regulatory compliance such as CBAM and CSRD.
- Bring what you learn in the market back into product and our sales playbook.
Your profile
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling into materials, chemicals, machinery or manufacturing.
- A record of closing complex deals with large industrial organizations.
- Experience negotiating with enterprise procurement and building consensus across many stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a scale-up or a high-growth software company.
- A deep understanding of how German industrial companies buy.
- Curiosity for AI and what it changes in industry.
